When will my vehicle ship?
Shipping dates depend on vessel schedules. After order confirmation, we provide an estimated departure date. Within 48 hours of loading, we send the final departure date, Bill of Lading, and estimated arrival time.
When should I choose Ro-Ro vs container shipping?
Choose Ro-Ro when:
- Shipping bulk orders (50+ vehicles)

Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), VTB, PayPal, PingPong, cash, and multi-currency transactions through our global banking partnerships.
What is the difference between CIF and FOB pricing?
- FOB (Free On Board): Price covers the vehicle and all costs until it is loaded onto the vessel at the Chinese port. You arrange and pay for freight and insurance from that point.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): Price includes the vehicle, freight to your destination port, and marine insurance. You take responsibility upon arrival at your port.
Are shipping costs included in the quoted price?
It depends on the agreed Incoterm. We clearly specify whether a quote is FOB or CIF. Always confirm the Incoterm before finalizing your order.
How is payment confirmation communicated?
For T/T payments, funds typically clear within 3–5 business days. Upon receipt, we send an email confirmation immediately and begin the vehicle preparation and export process. For Alibaba platform transactions, all payment milestones are tracked transparently within the platform.
